It is provided "as is," involves real financial risk, and is not available to restricted persons. By accessing or using Hyperlynx you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use Hyperlynx. {% endhint %} ## 1. Agreement to these Terms By accessing, browsing, or using the Hyperlynx website, application, smart contracts, or any related interface (together, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an entity, you represent that you are authorized to bind that entity. These Terms may be updated at any time; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. ## 2. No official affiliation Hyperlynx is an independent, community-built protocol deployed on HyperEVM. It is **not operated, endorsed, sponsored, or staffed by Hyperliquid, the HyperEVM core team, or any related entity.** References to "HyperEVM," "$HYPE," or "Hyperliquid" are descriptive only and do not imply any partnership or endorsement. No member of the Hyperlynx team will ever DM you first, ask for funds, or ask you to "verify" your wallet. Anyone claiming official affiliation in a DM should be treated as an impersonator. Non-custodial; self-custody responsibility The Platform is **non-custodial**. Hyperlynx never takes possession of, controls, or has access to your funds, private keys, or wallet. You are solely responsible for securing your private keys and seed phrase, maintaining access to your wallet, and verifying every transaction before you sign it. **Funds lost to lost keys, negligence, phishing, scams, or malicious third parties cannot be recovered by anyone, including Hyperlynx.** ## 4. Never share sensitive information You must never share passwords, seed phrases, private keys, wallet credentials, or personal or financial identification with anyone, in any Hyperlynx channel or elsewhere. No legitimate team member will ever request them. Sharing such information may result in permanent, unrecoverable loss of funds. ## 5. Market, protocol & technical risk Using the Platform involves interaction with decentralized finance protocols, which carry inherent and substantial risk, including but not limited to: price volatility, slippage, low or absent liquidity, impermanent loss on liquidity positions, smart-contract vulnerabilities or exploits, oracle or price-feed failures, failed or stuck transactions, front-running, and unintended contract interactions. The Platform routes through and depends on **third-party protocols and infrastructure** (including Uniswap-style concentrated-liquidity and AMM pools, third-party swap aggregators, RPC and subgraph providers, and transaction relayers). Hyperlynx does not control these third parties and is not responsible for their performance, security, or availability. You use them at your own risk. ## 6. Tokenized stocks Any tokenized-stock or tokenized-equity assets accessible through the Platform are **on-chain crypto assets that reference the price of an underlying equity. They are not the underlying security, not shares, and confer no ownership, voting, dividend, or other shareholder rights.** Their on-chain price and liquidity may differ materially from any reference market. Availability, pricing, and tradability are not guaranteed and may be restricted in your jurisdiction. Nothing on the Platform is an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security. ## 7. The Hunt, points & $LYNX The Hunt points program and the $LYNX token are experimental and provided without warranty. * **Points have no monetary value**, are non-transferable, are not a financial instrument, security, or investment, and confer no rights other than as described in the program rules, which may change. * Any reference to a committed airdrop allocation describes a program design, **not a promise, guarantee, or offer of any financial return, token value, or eligibility.** Eligibility, conversion mechanics, timing, and the existence or value of any token may change or may not occur. * **$LYNX does not exist as a transferable token until the Token Generation Event (TGE)**, and no price, value, or future value is promised. Anyone offering "$LYNX" for sale before TGE is fraudulent. * Participation is voluntary and at your own risk. Nothing in the program is consideration for, or a guarantee of, anything. ## 8. No financial, legal, tax, or investment advice All information, documentation, metrics, signals, rankings, discussions, or insights provided through the Platform are for general informational purposes only and are **not financial, trading, investment, legal, or tax advice.** You are solely responsible for evaluating your own decisions and should consult your own professional advisers. Past performance is not indicative of future results. ## 9. Geographic restrictions & compliance By using the Platform you represent and warrant that you are not a citizen, resident, or located in, and are not accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where access to or use of decentralized exchanges, decentralized derivatives, tokenized securities, or similar instruments is restricted or prohibited. This includes, without limitation, the **United States** and its territories, any region subject to **OFAC** or other applicable sanctions, and any jurisdiction that restricts decentralized trading, tokenized equities, or on-chain derivatives. You further represent that you are not a person with whom dealings are prohibited under applicable sanctions or export-control laws. **You are solely responsible for complying with all laws applicable to you**, and for determining whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. ## 10. Finality & irreversibility of transactions All transactions executed through the Platform occur on decentralized, public networks and are **final and irreversible** once submitted and confirmed. Network congestion, gas conditions, RPC failures, or unexpected behavior may affect or prevent execution. You must fully understand these implications before interacting with any contract. Hyperlynx cannot reverse, cancel, refund, or recover any transaction. ## 11. "As is"; no warranties; limitation of liability The Platform is provided **"as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind**, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hyperlynx, its contributors, and its affiliates shall **not be liable** for any loss or damage of any kind — including loss of funds, profits, data, or goodwill — arising from or related to your use of the Platform, reliance on any information provided, third-party protocols, technical malfunctions, security incidents, or your own errors. ## 12. Changes to these Terms Hyperlynx may modify these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest revision. Your continued use of the Platform after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review them periodically. ## 13. Your acknowledgment By continuing to use the Platform, you confirm that you: * understand the financial, technical, and regulatory risks involved; * accept full responsibility for your actions and their consequences; * are using non-custodial software and are solely responsible for your keys and funds; * are **not** accessing from a restricted jurisdiction and are **not** a restricted person; * understand that points, the airdrop, and $LYNX carry no guarantee of value, eligibility, or outcome; * acknowledge that Hyperlynx is not liable for any loss or damage; and * agree that transactions are final and irreversible. **If you do not agree with these Terms, discontinue use of the Platform immediately.** --- # Agent Instructions This documentation is published with GitBook.
